Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the UK.

Dispatch times

Every candle is poured by hand in small batches, so please allow up to 3 working days for us to pack and send your order. In the run-up to Christmas this can stretch a little, and we'll post our last order dates on the site.

Delivery costs

Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Damaged parcels

Candles are packed carefully, but glass occasionally breaks in transit. If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 working days, get in touch and we'll chase it with the courier and sort it out for you.

Workshop tickets

Workshop tickets aren't posted. Your order confirmation email is your ticket, and we'll also send a reminder with the details before the day.
